Licensed agent Jose Perez takes an innovative approach to turning real estate dreams to reality for buyers and sellers in the areas between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, with strong focus on the communities around Whittier. Drawing on more than 20 years of industry experience, Jose offers exceptional advocacy for individuals and families at all levels. Having witnessed first-hand how language barriers can leave customers vulnerable, Jose offers his services in Spanish and English-ensuring that every client understands the process and is treated with respect and dignity.
Jose entered the field as a lender and worked his way to becoming one of the top home loan officers. He ran his own Downey-based branch in 2005 and grew it to include 19 loan officers working under his supervision. Amid the recession of 2008, he transitioned to sales and has been a consistent a top producer with several agencies. Jose has earned Top Producer awards each year since joining Century 21 Allstars. He is also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES).
Jose is happily married to his high school sweetheart. The couple has a grown son, a 5-year-old daughter and a 3 year old! They share their home with an English bulldog and a rescue Chihuahua mix. The family looks forward to RVing across America, exploring the country's great landmarks. In addition to time with his wife and kids, Jose enjoys watching boxing and roots hard for the Lakers.
