Buyer reviewMr Gomez has a strong desire to help people , has tons of energy and is VERY enthusiastic regarding the real estate business. He continued to recommend properties until the perfect match was made. He has a winning personality and is a pleasure to be around. Mr Gomez used super human powers to implement this contract . The sellers were located in the wilderness of Cananda, spoke only French, did not respond to any requests nor return documents in a timely manner. Additionally, in my view, the skills of their local representatives were also limited.The sellers breached the contract on two counts. However, much to my delght, Mr Gomez persevered and resolved all the issues. Mr Gomez was always available to listen, suggest solutions and offer alternatives.His back-up charts, communications and data graphs were very informative, relative and timely. It was very comforting to know that Mr Gomez had a team working with him, providing input and offering suggestions. This certainly was not a routine purchase. The end result is perfect.
