He was extremely knowledgeable regarding real estate in the area and all aspects that a transaction would entail. We were in good hands. Mr. Zagone came highly recommended by a broker/realtor in my home town of Roswell, NM. We were pleased with the quality of his work. Mr. Zagone is very qualified and knowledgeable of all aspects of a real estate purchase. We were very pleased and satisfied with his being our agent. All Century 21 Aspen Real Estate staff were pleasant to deal with and helpful. Century 21 Aspen Real Estate and Joseph Zagone are very experienced in real estate and knowledgeable regarding resources, real estate in the area and the overall mortgage experience when buying and selling property. Overall, I fell that we were in good hands including working with Mortgage Pro and the folks there as well. This was probably one of the easiest purchases that I have ever made when it comes to convenience, requirements, etc. This buying experience did not feel cumbersome and actually was a smooth process.

Seller reviewI had the pleasure to work with Joe Zagone in the 80's as a ski instructor and I can remember well how personable and organized he was as a full time ski instructor and part time real estate agent. Although I hadn't spoken with Joe in many years, I didn't hesitate to call him when it came time to sell my aging parents cabin. I was not at all surprised to learn of his incredible success as a full time real estate agent. Joe visited our property and within 10 minutes shared a candid assessment of the positives and negatives as well as its potential value in the current market. He gave specific direction on how to efficiently and thoughtfully prepare the property to appeal to the target market he wanted to reach. I followed his advice and the property sold quickly at a price that was exactly what he predicted and more than we had hoped for. Due to his experience, advice, and forthought, the closing occured on time and without any unforseen problems. Joe may not be able to ski as well as he did in the 80's, but the time has only sharpened his skills and abilities as a very capable and caring real estate agent.

Joe is knowledgeable about the area, was available when I came into town to look at property, and helped me with utility hookups after the closing.
