Joe Scotto was our saving grace throughout the process of buying a new home and selling our home. He managed to ease our concerns with his confidence and knowledge about the market and towns we were searching in. His sense of humor, trustworthiness, and professionalism were all fundamental in making this process successful. He priced our home perfectly the first time, made himself available to us and potential buyers and helped us get and offer of above asking in UNDER 1 week! He also learned our wants and needs for the new home and only showed us homes within our price range that met or exceeded our needs. Once we found our dream home he helped us get is for under asking price and arranged for all inspections etc. I can not speak highly enough about Joe's work ethic and dedication, I would (and have) recommended him to anyone looking for a realtor.
