I have always prided myself on having exceptional customer service skills, fueled by my passion for helping others. As an extension of that passion, I am active in the community as a volunteer firefighter for the Little Falls Fire Department. Also, Joseph was not afraid to take some extra time and risk to show me a house which I would have not been initially interested in. Joseph took this time due to his knowledge of the business and his ability to see the possibilities of what the house could be. This extra dedicated time and ability to see potential, ultimately resulted in me purchasing a house which I would have overlooked. Seller reviewWe previously used Joe Scotto when we bought this house over a year ago and when my husband and I made the very difficult decision to uproot our lives to a new state - 650 miles away from our family - we knew who to call to sell this house. Joe has a lot of empathy for people, which I think is a great quality to have as a real estate agent. To be able to put yourself in someone else's position and genuinely care and understand what they are going through - makes selling the first home you even owned, a little bit easier. Joe knew that my husband and I had a certain timeline that we wanted to hit. List the house, get an offer right away and close by September 29th. Guess what happened - he delivered. We listed our house, got an offer within the 1st week it was on the market and closed, without a delay, on September 29th. Hopefully we are not buying and then selling another house any time soon but if we did, we would work with Joe because it's the way to go!

He was always available to call at any time and he accommodated every request for showings. Whenever I had a question, he made sure it was answered. He is very valuable to have while looking at houses because of his background in construction. He always offered his professional knowledge and opinions. I knew from the very beginning I had made the right choice with him because he never failed to go above and beyond. He was always two steps ahead of me and I was shocked at how effortless he made everything seem. He even did things for me that I didn't expect a realtor to do. I would choose Joseph time and time again!
