He showed up to each showing with informational sheets about each property that we saw, and was always extremely friendly and professional. Joe has excellent professional working relationships and was able to help guide us when navigating the lending process, finding a real estate attorney, and the inspection process. He always took the time to answer any questions we had and he is great at communicating at every step of the way. House hunting is a stressful experience that Joe made enjoyable and memorable.
