My husband and I had originally interviewed two other Realtors, and were considering just renting the house out because the other agents didn't think we could get the price we needed on our home to make it a reality. I called Joslyn to see if she knew of anyone who could give me ballpark ideas of what our home could rent for. Instead, we ended up meeting at our house later on and she told us that this dream didn't have to stay a dream. She thought we could get a fair price on our home, and if we didn't get what we needed to, we could say no with no obligation- which was important on a tight budget. I was so nervous- our house, with its piles of dirty laundry, the dusty disorganization of a house that has been outgrown by a busy family, and a sink full of dishes did not distract Joslyn. She could see past that without judgement. We were impressed that she noticed the things we liked about our home before we told her. She was the only agent to put a dollar value on some of the things that others only glanced at; as well as an ability to see the potential of unrealized development of certain parts of the property. We know now that it was those very things that separated our home from others. I have to applaud her patience as well, while my husband and I (mostly my hubby) worked from dawn to dusk for weeks to ready the house for sale. I would text her dumb questions about things that needed or didn't need to be fixed. She would get back to me right away after my string of questions, often with a joke or some sort of fun remark that lightened the mood on our journey ("don't take the carpet with you" and "don't graffiti the walls" were my favorites as we prepared for closing day walk through). We cannot say thank you enough.

Joslyn is excellent. She went above and beyond to make the sale happen and always took the time to answer our questions and return our emails and phone calls.

I cannot begin to express how grateful we are for the Solomon Team's hard work and dedication during the recent sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Nick and Joslyn possess a supreme level of knowledge and professionalism, their communication was excellent, and we felt as if we were their only clients. They went above and beyond to get to know us and our needs…that personal touch that is often missing these days. Josyln Panka Solomon did a fantastic job with our house sale. She is knowledgeable, funny and very professional.
