When it was time to list, she worked diligently with us, sought out professionals to help prepare with staging and photos. She was there for us throughout the process. Seller reviewHave Joy Schwarting sell your home- we closed in 28 days! We had many potential buyers right away and an offer for full price in just 4 days because of the work she did! Best of all she told us that she would take care of everything and she did. She did it all, studied our area so our home was perfectly priced, had a professional stager come in and set everything up, and hired a photographer to take beautiful interior photos, even aerial photos, so buyers could understand the close proximity to Paw Paw Lake. Joy handled all the negotiations professionally and is also an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. I bought another house from her early 2024 and she was terrific to work with as a buyer too. I highly recommend her for buying and selling your home. A Rating!
