I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. The relationships I've built through real estate often lead to long-term friendships. Along with these relationships, I enjoy the camaraderie our agents have. We're a family and we support each other - that's what this profession is all about.
I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Family is important to me and as a result, helping clients make the best decision for their families is of utmost importance.

Seller reviewAfter receiving an offer on the house, I contacted my friend Bev Ausman to get some advice on the balloon loan. Bev went to Joyce and together they reviewed the offer and made suggestions that would be in my best interests if I decided to take the offer. I then met with Joyce and Bev to discuss some options. That meeting was most helpful and I knew they had done their homework. My options were to put the house on the market or take the offer. Joyce went through detailing putting the house on the market, They adviced an inspection, which Joyce quickly scheduled. That inspection really helped me in making a decision. I chose the balloon loan offer. Joyce and Bev made sure that I would receive what I would have if I put it on the market and I was compensated if buyer paid the contract off early. I feel so good about my chose, and it is all due to Joyce and Bev. They really cared and made sure my best interests were covered. I can not thank them enough.

She said I couldn't go wrong with choice, and she was right! Joyce stayed positive even when I was worried that my house would never sell.
