I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. The relationships I've built through real estate often lead to long-term friendships. Along with these relationships, I enjoy the camaraderie our agents have. We're a family and we support each other - that's what this profession is all about.
I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Family is important to me and as a result, helping clients make the best decision for their families is of utmost importance.

Buyer reviewWhen I first contacted Joyce, I told her that we were looking at homes under a certain $ amount. To her credit, she only showed us homes under that threshold. However, none of the first four houses were right for us. After spending a few hours with us, she started to understand what we were really looking for. She saved the best for last, and showed us the home that we now live in, even if it was a little over what we thought we could afford. But it turned out to be perfect for us, in every way. My husband and I feel blessed, not only to have found our dream home at the right time, but the right agent to hold our hand through the process. Joyce Keefer was recommended to me by another RE agent on the other side of the state because she already had a great reputation as someone who could be trusted. We can confirm that not only is she trustworthy, but she went over and above to make sure everything went smooth for us to move into our beautiful new dream home. Thank you Joyce!

She is efficient, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, punctual, thorough, thoughtful, and just an all around wonderful person. We have been struggling to find out perfect home for over a year now, and with the market being as crazy as it was during the time of our purchase, Joyce did not let us down. She was johnny on the spot with every potential house that came on the market. The home we chose literally came on the market the DAY we looked at it. I don't know how she does it all! I see her name plastered all over local establishments as a supporter, and I just don't understand how she can maintain a successful business as a realtor and have spare time to help the community. She is a phenomenal person and I am grateful to have had the chance to work with her.

Seller reviewI have and will continue to tell others how well Joyce Keefer worked for us. She advertised our home well. it was always out there . She wrote things about how to use our house that would be out of the ordinary, ie. A bed & breakfast. It wasn't just an ordinary house to sell. She negotiated the terms the buyer kept asking for and helped us come to a win win agreement. She was always on hand, physically or by phone or text to answer our many questions and was also on hand at the closing which was very helpful. I'm not sure if other agents go to the closings, but it was very helpful and we were glad that Joyce was there. I will use Joyce again if we ever sell.
