I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. The relationships I've built through real estate often lead to long-term friendships. Along with these relationships, I enjoy the camaraderie our agents have. We're a family and we support each other - that's what this profession is all about.
I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Family is important to me and as a result, helping clients make the best decision for their families is of utmost importance.

Seller reviewWe had a great realtor when we bought this house, Windermere In Lewiston, ID, Darla Elder who has now moved from the area so we called her and asked for her best recommendation to replace her and she told us about Joyce Keefer of Century 21. Joyce was everything we could have wanted and we have bought and sold 5 different homes in 4 states!! I would and have recommended her to anyone needing a realtor as someone totally worth their commission and trust!! We were TOTALLY SATISFIED!! One of her great characteristics is in communication with us and keeping her finger on all aspects of the sale. She said we were "dream customers" but she was very efficient and NEVER left us wondering what was going on!! Thanks sooo much!! ATTA-GIRL!!! AAA+ NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!! WELL DONE AND THANKS!! Buyer reviewJoyce is one in a million. She is patient, understanding, listened to all of our needs. She's very knowledgeable and a very hard worker . Would recommend her 100 times over. She is always available and responded to us no matter what time of day or night. She was understanding and helpful with every little "bump" in the road we had to deal with. Always positive and open minded. Charity, Joyce's assistant was excellent to deal with also. She was always available to answer questions if Joyce was unavailable and she did a great job covering while Joyce was on vacation. Very knowledgeable and thorough.
