Personal Profile
Since joining the real estate profession in 2014, I have been a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer, the recipient of the Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Silver and Gold Life Awards, and am in the top 10% of my profession through our local MLS board. I strive to do my best and serve my clients to the best of my abilities! Born and raised in Southwest Michigan, I have called this area "home" all my life and can offer plenty of knowledge about our area to buyers. Before becoming a realtor, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and taught for several years before becoming a stay-at-home mom for my two children, Ava and Ryan. While staying at home, I also started my own floral design business, JulieZDesignZ LLC, that focused on weddings and special events. When my children reached school age, I pursued my career in real estate. I am now a full-time realtor and love what I do every day. My degree in Education provides me with the skills necessary to coordinate multiple deals, work with all personalities and multitask in ways that many might struggle with. My strong belief in education has pushed me to go above and beyond by receiving my GRI, ABR, ePro, PSA and MRP designations as well as obtaining my broker's license in 2022. I plan to continue to add knowledge to better serve my clients. I strive to listen to and focus my attention on the needs, wants and desires of my clients in order to help them to reach their real estate goals, whether it be buying or selling. She took the time to educate us in understanding the neighborhoods and match them with what we were looking for. We were moving from out of state and had little knowledge of the local marketplace. Her communication skills are excellent. She was fast in responding to emails, text messages, and phone calls. Once, I sent a message at 10 pm, so I would not forget to send it the next day. In two minutes, Julie responded. She was patient and available throughout the process. It took us a full year to find our house, and Julie was always available to us throughout this time. She was never pushy, and we never felt she was not giving us the attention we needed. She was also very competent in preparing us for the next steps. She took the time to explain the possible scenarios and promptly responded to our questions. During the price negotiation, she was instrumental in helping us gauge how to approach the sellers and went out of her way to gather information that would inform us better in our decision-making. Her recommendations, from lenders to professionals in the area, were invaluable to us. She was always a step ahead in guiding us, very competent in her work, and we developed a friendship during the search process. Several people highly recommended her to us, and we were not disappointed. We highly recommend her services.

Seller reviewJulie is a sharp, experienced, and well-equipped realtor. She wasted no time helping us set up and list our home. Within a few days, we were under contract. She was timely in her communications and leveraged technology to smooth and speed the process. A few unavoidable hurdles occurred that tested my patience. Julie remained calm, reasoned with us, and helped us to find the benefits in the difficulty (Julie was NOT the cause of the trouble). She guided us through, going the extra mile to find solutions quickly to help us close the process on time. If I had to sell a home again, there would be no doubt that we would select Julie without considering any other options. She is EXACTLY what you want from a realtor. Buyer reviewI was told this was a for sale by owner. However the sellers felt more comfortable using a realtor to facilitate with all the paperwork and timelines. They couldn't have picked a better one! Julie's attention to detail and her professionalism are always front and center but under that is the sweetest, kindest, Christian woman that you could ever ask to meet. I will not hesitate to refer her to anyone else who needs her services.
