Seller reviewI had an apartment in a condo for 3 month without rent we contact July who found a house perfect for Us a couple of years before. She rent it in less than 2 weeks and the tenant is excellent. We go ahead doing business with her she is very professional and cover all our needs.

Buyer reviewIt's the third purchase or sale with Julie, I can't imagine using anyone else, although we've probably purchased our last property. However, if we win the lottery, we'll use her for our upgrade. Julie suggested JK for the closing, and again, they were great. She knows what she's doing. Julie was the only agent to answer my email in 2009 when we first purchased in Florida. She was very patient and showed us many places over several days (as we are out of towners). We've stayed in contact with her since then, so we had no doubt about using her for our sale and new purchase. Julie got married while we were selling our place, but she arranged to have 2 people available to act as needed with our sale. Both were very friendly and professional. I'm sure Hansen Realty is a good company, but I'd follow Julie wherever she went.
