Seller reviewIt was a pleasure having Julie as my agent. She listened to my needs and took the time to find the right home for me. I gave her certain requirements that I must have and she did not waste my time nor hers with just anything else as I am told lots of brokers do. When she brought me to my new home and opened the door, I knew she hit the nail right on the head. I am extremely happy that I found and used Julie, and will always let others know to call on her when I'm need of a realtor.

My wife and I worked with her 5 years ago when we bought our first home and just recently when we purchased our second home. I wouldn't want to use anyone else!

Buyer reviewI would recommend Julie to any out-of-towner ( I am from NY) looking to purchase property in Florida. She has extensive knowledge of the South Florida real estate market as well as current housing trends and capital projects planned. She was always very responsive to our requests and would appraise us of her calendar so that we could coordinate appointments with her. Her constant communication made me feel that she valued my time and was sympathetic to the geographic distance between us (which impacted my availability). After signing the sales contract, Julie coordinated the inspection and subsequent follow up by contractors. She worked very well with our bank and responded timely to all their requests. She made the entire process very easy and enjoyable for us! We appreciated her constant smile and friendly disposition.
