Seller reviewWe had a house for sale with another realtor. It was on the market for months while we were paying two house payments. It seemed like the realtors were doing nothing on our behalf. Even after I called and inquired and complained...still the same disappointing service. Finally, we severed our relationship and hired Julie. She sent us a report every week saying all that she had done. I cannot tell you how much appreciated that report was because it showed us that even when we don't see anything obviously happening, Julie was still working on our behalf behind the scenes and in our best interest. It gave us so much peace and reassurance that she was working hard and doing all she could to sell our house. We never had any of that with the other realtor. I think it only took Julie a month to sell our house. We knew without a doubt that we had the best realtor there was.
