Justin was totally professional, knowledgeable, attentive, concerned and flexible from our first meeting. From that initial meeting Justin totally grasped and comprehended what our intention/goal was in regard to the sale of our property and he accomplished that. Justin also went above and beyond service to us by assisting the buyers title company in solving impediments and avoiding roadblocks to settlement. Justin was very attuned to the real estate climate in the area of our property and was able to very rapidly ascertain correct value for our property which resulted in the first offer on the first day being the one we accepted. Justin stayed in contact with us during the entire process and he worked into the wee hours of the night and would text us with all and every happenstance of the proceedings. Since ours's was an estate sale, Justin was Johnny-on-the-spot with references to haulers, donation centers and others that were required to properly prepare the property for sale. Justin helped make the whole process as stress free as possible. Justin has our highest recommendation to be anyone's sales agent.

I began the process of buying with HPAP and didn't realize how complex it would be. Furthermore, I'm the first to own a house so had little experience with the process outside of classes. Justin from start to finish guided and educated me, paying attention to what I wanted and needed in a house, and was critical in helping me find good options and many of them. He was also crucial in showing me what pitfalls to avoid. As we got closer to closing, he continued to always be there to answer any questions and be extremely proactive in accounting for anything that could go wrong - and with my process there happened to be a lot because of so many people involved. I can't recommend Justin highly enough.

Justin Campbell, did an outstanding job listing our home for sale. The photography he brought in I feel had alot to do display the layout of our home and the pictures popping. He took the time to follow all of Covid-19 guidelines. Justin Campbell always responsed within hours to our calls or texts,we will use him again if we still live in Maryland and will definitely refer him to any family members and friends who may be moving in the future.
