Justin is a full-time, professional Realtor. He started in the real estate industry as a mortgage loan officer in 2001. Then in June 2009, he became a licensed Realtor, bringing with him a vast knowledge of a real estate transaction and how to see it to the finish line, so both parties are happy. In December of 2009 started with Century 21, the most recognized name in real estate in the world.
Justin works out of the Midvale, Utah office. Being licensed to practice real estate in the state of Utah, he focuses on the Counties of Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, and Tooele.
Justin loves to help people find their perfect home. He services the full range of residential real estate, helping first-time home buyers, on up to luxury home sales and purchases. Helping people upsize, downsize, or invest in real estate, he works with buyers of all kinds and it's all about providing excellent service and ensuring an exceptional experience for his clients.
He appreciates the importance of understanding what his clients are trying to accomplish and why. With his wealth of experience, knowledge, and years of connections with other professionals in the industry, he can help make certain his clients accomplish their goals. Justin makes his home in West Valley City. His greatest passion is his family, his wife Kim, and their five kids (and one son-in-law). In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys anything outdoors, camping, hiking, boating, skiing, traveling, and helping in the community.

Buyer reviewWe had used Justin when we were searching for a previous home. It didn't end up working out to use him for the purchase of that home but we knew we wanted to use him for purchasing our next home because we enjoyed working with him. Justin was very patient in helping us find the perfect home. We looked at over 100 homes with him and he never made us feel pressured into settling for something that wasn't what we wanted. He continued the search with an optimistic and positive attitude. We were very grateful that he also never pushed us to search in areas that were outside of the parameters of where we wanted to live. Justin really did a fantastic job communicating with us and the other realtor. Justin was great at negotiating the price before and after the inspection of the home. We had some difficult sellers to work with and he did a fabulous job standing up for us and our needs. While he always maintained a level of professionalism we felt like we really got to know Justin and became good friends with him through the entire process.

Seller reviewI must tell you what a wonderful person Justin Turcsanski is. Not only did he do a fine job as our real estate agent, but he went above and beyond the call of duty numerous times. Just to mention one instance...our cat got scared with the move and went into hiding. We were unable to get her out of the house before we had to leave. Justin went over and found the cat and brought her to us in our new home.
