Very friendly and knowledgable. I have sold two homes through her services. Both were sold in less then 3 months.
  • Seller review
In that our home essentially sold on a one-day/on-party contract, the home pretty much sold itself re appeal. However, Karen was very instrumental in arranging to bring the potential buyer to the house and facilitate the negotiation process with a colleague Century 21 agent. I would rate the experience excellent from our viewpoint in terms of the the speed and efficiency in which it was completed, partly due to the reasonable negotiations between the buyer and seller facilitated by the Century 21 agents, and that it was a cash deal without either an inspection of appraisal.
  • Buyer review
One thing i liked about Karen Abel was that she was with us all the time from home selection till we got the keys to our new home. Although i agreed on a near final price from the builder, Karen helped me to solidify the number that we were given as we had with little room that she could negotiate. Unfortunately with the current market conditions and other alternatives we were not left with lot of choice. Prior selecting our current home, Karen helped us with critical and useful information on selling prices of various other hosues in the same community which helped us to come up to a right price to start with. Karen's major help came during walk through of home with the builder's team. she spent 6 good hours of her time patiently going through lot of details and she was great support to my wife at that time when i was held up in office one thing i liked about karen is her commitment on her word. she kept all her appointments. She made sure that she followed up on things that was on her plate. Karen stil made it for inspection even when the weather was not favorable to drive from columbus to greenwood
  • Seller review
Karen handled everything very well and professionally. The buyer was also her client, and she was always upfront about the triangular relationship. I never had any reason to question her judgment. In addition, it seemed traffic to the house was very good. So even though an offer came in pretty quickly (week 4 of it being listed, I think), there was good continuing demand.
