Seller reviewI would, and have, recommended Karen's professional services; even to a friend who is only entertaining the idea of selling. I had 3/4 made up my mind to sell and I called Karen the next day for an appointment. She went over a great deal of information with me that helped me decide that last 1/4 bit hesitation. She was so informative and I felt so confident in her keeping my best interests at heart that I signed then, called my family to tell them, and took a photo of us to text. My middle son said, "Karen will do right for you mom." Karen also helped me find a responsible, caring C21 agent in the Glenn County area when I started to search for a replacement home.
