We initially contacted Karen Myatt to look into purchasing a HUD home. We know a lot of realtors but in this case needed a HUD broker. We were so impressed by her knowledge, personality, and work ethic, that when we decided not to go in that direction we still wanted to work with her. We actually got ourselves (Karen had cautioned us against it and we didn't listen) into a contract that we had second thoughts on. She took us back out and found us the perfect home. She helped us get out of our contract and the rest is history! We are so happy in our perfect for us home!! It's better than we had even hoped for! She really listened to what we wanted and what was important to us and used that information to find us the right home. We cannot thank her enough. This is the biggest purchase you'll make in your life so we are so glad we went with a true professional who truly earned our business instead of someone who got it by default just because we knew them personally.
