Karen had an experts knowledge of appropriate builder /seller responsibilities on the HUD-1 and contract requirements. She helped the sales gent do his job correctly even adopting a mentor's calm instructive tone/conversation. Karen joined me tevery meeting with the sales agent to make sure my interests were covered. She went above and beyond to get the builder and settlement agent to satisfactorily and timely respond to me. Closing went smoothly thanks to Karen's follow- up inquiries and due diligence. I really won out having Karen on my side. Karen was a real gem of an R.E. Agent. My buying process would have been a nightmare without her. She was key to my success!

What can I say about Karen?! She was amazing! She knew we were ready to give up and she didn't let it happen. She answered all our calls/texts no matter how late or earlier. At this time in our lives, we decided to downsize and sell our home where we had lived for 26 years. We knew Karen as a friend first, as she was our neighbor. We were hesitant at first to use someone we knew because sometimes that doesn't always work out like you hoped, but working with Karen was the best decision we ever made for purchasing and selling our property.
