Seller reviewI was an out of area investment home owner and this transaction was so stress free. I did not hve to deal with contractors and repairs. Karen suggested I sell my 20 yrs investment home in "as is" condition with basic clean up only. She also suggested a very fair List Price, based on the home's "fixer" condition, and told me I should stick to that price. We received an offer and were in contract within about two weeks. Karen was in touch with me regularly, keeping me up to date on the status of all inspection and loan contingencies. We closed on the sale four weeks from contract date. I have bought and sold many homes over the years and this was the easiest transaction of them all. Thank you, Karen!
