My name is Karen Werkheiser and I live in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. I can introduce you to all the great amenities this area has to offer! Let me help you determine your wants and needs in your new home and find the location that works best for you!
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Interior Design and Marketing, and have been selling real estate full time since 2012. My experience in home interiors, remodeling, and staging over the last 25 years, have been a tremendous asset in helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. I believe understanding your goals requires good listening skills, asking the right questions, and providing honest answers to your questions. In other words, Great Customer Service! Whether helping you reach your dream of home ownership, or selling and moving on to life's next journey, my focus is communication. Today's technology allows clients to have information, their way, at their fingertips. When not busy with real estate, I'm involved with the Blue Mountain Preservation Association, encouraging sensible and responsible approaches to development along this beautiful mountain.

Karen was aware we were "a love it or list it" stage with our other home. She was not pushy at all but said we could go at our own pace. She was very patient and never felt like she didn't have time for us. If we saw a home we liked she would gladly show us. She is the best realtor we have dealt with. We would recommend her to any of our friends or family. Can't say enough positive things about her!
