I feel I cannot say enough about how amazing Karol Scrimager is! She is so friendly & personable. Selling a house was new to me and additionally I was selling my recently deceased mother's house from many states away which could make things complicated. But Karol answered all my questions and made everything easy & understandable. I cannot believe how fast she found buyers for the house. She searched out moving companies for me. I had a limited amount of time to come to town, pack up everything in the house to get it ready for the movers, & to clean the house for it's new owners. Running out of time before catching a plane to my home state, Karol ended up performing the majority of the house cleaning leaving it sparkling for the new owners. All paperwork, professional inspections, title clearance, exchange of payment, closing, etc. went smoothly. Thank you Karol!

Karol was a godsend. She worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. She was patient and understanding and at the very least tolerated our requirements and goals. She made every step of the way as smooth as possible regarding anything that was in her control. She handled everything like a logistical genius. She was especially patient while our 4 year old daughter attended meetings or property showings and even entertained my daughter's interruptions and questions and silly antics. Karol made me feel seen and heard and catered to everything we needed/wanted. I couldn't ask for a better agent. Karol, if you're reading this, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US! Karol helped us get out a a pest infested, dilapidated mobile home and put us in an actual house! And for that alone, I am forever grateful. Her professionalism and down to earth and relatable personality helped seal the deal and make me, someone with a history of distrust for people, feel comfortable, safe, and happy to work with her on a daily basis to sift through all of the properties we had to go through before landing on our house. It was a long drawn out process not related to karols performance, and I look back on the experience and am grateful.

I have been through 5 realtors and Karol is by far the best! She was always available for showings and worked well with our schedule. When we finally put an offer on a house Karol was very informative and communitive to all parties involved. She explained step by step what the next processes were and even helped us with finding professionals to give us quotes on some items on our inspection report. She was very knowledgeable when it came down to the laws of the home buying business in Illinois. Unfortunately I chose a sketchy loan company who did not communicate well and did not inform me of certain important documents, along with trying to pull the wool over my eyes on certain issues, but Karol was very skilled at recognizing the dereliction and unprofessionalism of this loan company and made the home buying process so much easier and stress free for me. I feel like Karol went above and beyond and I am so glad she was our realtor!
