We felt like we could totally trust her. Kate was very knowledgeable in the airboat world which is important to us. She helped us find the perfect fit for us as we were purchasing a home and land close to our favorite airboating area. Kate went out of her way for us. We are from out of state and she got phone numbers lined up for me to call and get power and water transferred to our names, and met with our friend to check out the property and take measurements for our Florida room that he is going to build. Would HIGHLY recommend working with her! When we are ready to upgrade this is who we will call!
