Kathy had great suggestions for staging the property and brought in a professional photographer who took terrific pictures.She was very courteous about arranging viewings and visits. Throughout the negotiations, inspections and closing, Kathy was wonderful at bringing together all parties - the buyer and his agent, lawyers, everyone. She has lovely people skills!
