Kathleen began her real estate in the Raleigh area. The competitive and sometimes hectic Raleigh market never stopped her from taking special care of each client from contract to closing, she prides herself on being accessible and going the extra mile. For over 25 years, the NC mountains have been a place for the Medlin's to recharge and enjoy all the high country has to offer. After nearly 28 years of dedicated service in the military, Ray, Kathleen's husband, transitioned to a new chapter in life as a realtor. Together, they fulfilled their lifelong dream of making Boone their permanent home, embracing the beauty and tranquility of the mountains they now proudly call home. After numerous years of deployments and being apart, working together is something they both appreciate. "We enjoy meeting people and we work well as a team."
