From the start she targeted the aspects of a house that suited us and made sure we understood the commute times we would be looking at. Kathy explained all aspects of buying in middle TN, making sure we knew the inns and outs before purchasing. She also went above and beyond to assist us in finding our house by setting several days aside to look as we were short on time to spend here. She even made sure we had snacks and water for the long days!
