Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, Kathy is a 1986 cum laude graduate of Moravian College with a bachelor's degree in accounting and minor in marketing. After graduation, Kathy worked for a telecommunications company as a successful National Accounts Sales Manager, winning multiple awards and trips for her accomplishments. After 15 years in corporate sales, she resigned to become a stay-at-home mom for her two children. Continuing her love for sales, Kathy pursued a career in real estate in 2007 and established herself with Century 21 Keim Realtors. Successful in helping both buyers and sellers achieve their goals, she continues to receive awards in providing outstanding customer service including multiple Century 21 Quality Service and Quality Service Pinnacle Awards. Kathy currently lives in Nazareth, Pennsylvania with her husband, two children and labrador retriever. Her interests include hiking, swimming, crafting, and spending time with her family.

Seller reviewI did not live in the area where the home was for sale. I saw a yard sign for Century 21 Keim at a neighbor's house and I googled the company. Looking through the various people at that company I read good reviews from people about Kathy Novak. I immediately contacted her for assistance on selling my sister's property. I am so very grateful, thankful, and happy I chose Kathy Novak as our realtor. She is very professional, very helpful and on the ball with every detail. I ran into some unforseen issues with the property before the sale and Kathy was along side of me every step of the way helping me with dealing with these unforseen issues. I would highly recommend Kathy Novak as a realtor to anyone. If I lived in the area where she works Kathy would be the FIRST realtor I would call to assist me with a sale or purchase.

Buyer reviewIt may seem silly that I rated Kathy "excellent" in every metric, but that's truly how I feel - (and to be honest, I'm sure I'm not the first one!) Kathy was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She kept me in the loop on every single update during the process and quite often answered my questions before I even knew I had them. Kathy is extremely knowledgable about the local area and even encouraged drive bys before seeing any home. Once I made an offer, Kathy worked tirelessly to ensure the process went smoothly. Any issue that came up, Kathy already had a solution for and was working towards a fix. I cannot thank Kathy enough for all she did for me - even her mortgage partner was absolutely WONDERFUL! Highly suggest working with Paul also. Kathy - thank you doesn't even seem appropriate after all you've done for me. You've truly made my dreams come true and I could never thank you enough.
