A native of Johnson City, Tennessee, Kathy began her Real Estate career in 2015. She passionately serves her clients and loves spending time with them in the Home Selling and Buying process. With a work history of Banking, Education and Security, Kathy has used her talent set to advance her career in Real Estate. A graduate of ETSU in Public Relations, she never dreamed she would one day be able to work in a company where she can make a difference like she can at Century 21 Legacy in the lives of her people. Our situation on this home was very personal due to the fact that we lost our son and this was his home which made it a personal endeavor. She was not pushy, always there when we needed her, honest, patient, trustworthy, personable, extremely helpful with anything we asked about, very knowledgeable and was fun to interact with. She acted quickly on every request for showings and went above and beyond and sold our home within two days. We live out of town and Kathy handled everything meticulously which made the closing go so smoothly. We will truly miss speaking with her because she was such a joy. I highly recommend her.
