She is and was super knowledgeable of the entire process, from showing the house and property to walking us through this step by step! She made herself available 24/7 literally, and even went above and beyond helping us understand the whole process not just her part she helped in every way possible! would recommend Kati every time no question! She is warm and welcoming. We had no clue what we were doing, because of Kati Watson we have our dream forever home and our children have an amazing opportunity here in West Plains. Very caring knowledgeable and professional

Kati was great to work with, any concerns we had she was making notes to ask the sellers or their realtors, she was very understanding in what we wanted our property to have and price range, any concerns the day of closing she was making sure they were corrected and was on the phone with the seller's realtor to find out why the repairs hadn't been completed yet. Excellent service, answered any questions we had, didn't matter time of day or day of the week.
