Seller reviewWe got in touch with Kavita just two weeks before the trial for the foreclosure of our house was going to occur. In just those two weeks, Kavita had worked tirelessly to make sure that the house could not be foreclosed within 30 days, and that granted us much more time to sell the house. With Kavita's outstanding effort, she made it possible for us to sell the house before the foreclosure took place, and we, in turn, actually made a profit out of selling the house! If it wasn't for her, we would have been kicked out of our house in 30 days and we would have had no place to go after that. Kavita made it possible for us to live in our house for a couple more months, buying us crucial time to look for another place to live. She saved us when the walls were closing in us. Kavita is, without a doubt, hands down, a true professional, and we are thankful for all her hard work and for her not giving up! No one else could have handled our situation better than Kavita!
