Seller reviewSelling a home in Florida at this time is incredibly difficult. Kayla used every possible method to bring potential buyers in to see our home. With over 20 homes for sale in our subdivision, it was Kayla's knowledge and work ethic that sold our home. She is knowledgeable, creative, honest, and kind. She gives 150%...I would utilize her services again if I had plans to move.

Buyer reviewMy realtor who was selling my house in PA found Kayla Cerquozzi and he interviewed her first over the phone and thought she would be a great fit for me. I spoke with Kayla and felt she was someone who understood my needs. When I flew down I only have a few days to look at properties. She scheduled all the properties I wanted to look at in 2 days and I made a decision on the 3rd day. She drove me all around Sarasota and took me back to the house I ended up buying a 2nd time. When I went back to PA and working with her over the phone or email she took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing. She did my final walk through since I was unable to be in Florida and the closing was non stressful. I would use Kayla Cerquozzi again and I have a friend who is looking at moving to FL from PA and will use Kayla when the time comes. She is a wonderful friendly person who takes the stress out of buying a house.
