I am proud to say that I was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. I graduated from Lathrop High School and then moved to the West coast where I attended Arizona State University for a Business & Communication Degree. GO Sun Devils!! I am now a proud mother of two beautiful girls. My family enjoys all that the Fairbanks/North Pole area has to offer during all seasons of the year, whether it is fishing, skiing, or hiking. I have worked as a full time REALTOR® for 10 years!! I am also an Associate Broker for CENTURY 21 Gold Rush. I love and enjoy every part of being a Realtor in this area. Seller reviewThis was a difficult transaction because the buyer was represented by a proxy and the seller (me) was in NJ. In addition, a tenant that was slow to move out further complicated the matter as did the need for improvements to the unit. The workman recommended by Kelli Powers turned out to be an excellent recommendation. Kelli controlled many changing aspects of the transaction and pushed the transaction to a completion.
