Hello! I'm Kellie Foreman, a Riverview-based real estate professional proudly serving Florida's vibrant South Shore community. Originally from Marion, Indiana, I moved here in 2006 to trade snowy winters for sunshine and a fresh start.
My background as a Certified Nursing Assistant taught me the value of care, trust, and dedication-qualities I now bring to real estate. With a diverse background in nursing, cosmetology, and sales, I bring a unique combination of empathy, creativity, and business savvy to every transaction. As a single mom, I understand firsthand how important it is to find a home that truly supports your family's dreams and everyday life. Buyer reviewkelly was great in every way. she made time on weekends, evenings, there was never any excuses we would let her know what we wanted to see and she would set it up beautifullly kelly is a true professional, always had answers to our questions, and i ask alot of questions we are very pleased beggins is very lucky to have kelly she is a real asset to company all is true. wonderful to work with our daughter is planning on moving to this area soon, we told her we already have the agent for her kelly is the only agent we would trust with our daughters home search it was a joy to work with kelly she really went out of her way to tend to our needs i would recommend kelly to anyone i know

Seller reviewI knew Kellie had lived in our area and also shown homes in this price range so thought she would be a good fit for me. She knew the neighborhood and had been leaving flyers there so people knew her face. I live 5,000 miles away so I knew I had to have someone who could catch the ball and run with it, Kelli did all of that and more. There was not a single request or question that she didn't respond to in a timely manner. I would recommend Kellie with high praise to anyone who wants a professional real estate agent who is never too busy to see to their needs!

Buyer reviewKellie was awesome throughout my 2+ year house search!! When I realized Iwould need to wait for family funds to be available, she let me know I could contact whenever I was ready. Then when I was ready to start looking again, she wasvery helpful and walked me through the whole buying process. She even took some of her personal time to take care of some of the smaller fixes that I was concerned about in the house. I would have been completely lost and overwhelmed without her help. Kellie was awesome throughout my 2+ year house search!! When I realized Iwould need to wait for family funds to be available, she let me know I could contact whenever I was ready.
