Buyer reviewSince I already knew Kellie Hanna I knew that she would be a great pick to help me purchase a new home for my elderly parents. I needed someone who was very nice and patient to work with two senior citizens who are hard of hearing and don't use computers or email. Kellie had to go above and beyond because the trailer my parents were buying was in a senior mobile home lot and it was a "For Sale by Owner." The seller was an older gentleman who also came to trust Kellie. She went to his mobile home several times to have him sign papers. She treated him respectfully and even bought him muffins to help convince him to sell the trailer to my parents. Since neither he, nor my parents, use email or computers, Kellie was stuck doing a lot of driving papers back and forth for people to sign. She always did it with a great attitude and was super patient with all of the older people involved. Afterward, my dad commented that Kellie Hanna was so good at her job and that she was worth every penny and then some!

She then went out of her way to help us through the process as we currently live in on the other side of the country and could not physically be there. We would recommend Kellie to anyone buying or selling property who is looking for a knowledgeable, caring and diligent agent representing.

She also paid close attention to my specific needs & desires, along with calming my nervous anxieties due to being a FIRST TIME home buyer. Throughout the entire process she provided valuable contacts/referrals & a plethora of education surrounding house hunting, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, moving companies, contractors, title companies, the process of applying for a tax credit at the courthouse (including accompanying me there!), getting utility services switched over, radon testing, etc. & SO MUCH MORE. I feel VERY blessed to have been referred to her by one of my coworkers. Kellie Hanna is top-notch quality, as I felt incredibly valued, respected, & genuinely cared for throughout this house hunting & house purchasing process. One thing is for certain, I'll be recommending Kellie in a heartbeat!!
