Buyer reviewKelly truly went above and beyond. She spent a good amount of time researching details about a concern we had with the septic tank. She called and talked with many people in order to resolve our concerns. She even had someone go to the house and take a look at the septic tank. She was so helpful and a vast of knowledge and didn't rest until we felt comfortable with the situation. We are so thankful for the amount of time and energy she put into the purchase of our new home!

Buyer reviewMy wife and I were first time home buyers and selected Kellie after we saw that she was very highly rated on realtor.com website. The one key factor we saw from her reviews was that she was very easy to work with (especially with first time buyers like ourselves). As first time homebuyers, we were very intimidated by the prospect of going through the process. But working with Kellie made that process seem easy. She informed us of what needed to be done, when it had to be done, and often checked in on us to answer any questions we had. She was also incredibly kind to speak with. She also went above and beyond for us in some unpredictable situations, such as when we had an issue with our down payment assistance. When my tribe, who were providing the assistance, was not going to be able to deliver their check at closing until after the title company closed, she was able to arrange having the company stay open late. This allowed us to move into our home on closing day (which was a Friday) and no have to wait until Monday. We would highly recommend her to anyone we know that needs to buy a house.
