I purchased this home with Kelly as my buying agent and he did such a phenominal job then, when it came time to sell the house - it was clear to me that I should use Kelly as my seller's agent, and boy am I glad I did! Kelly was very patient with me as I prepared the house for listing - and once it was ready to list, Kelly had that done same or next day. Within 1 day, we had an accepted backup offer and with 1 week, we had an accepted cash offer, which closed only a couple of weeks later. Thank you, Kelly! You are my forever agent!

Something I personally took away from my experience working with Kelly Smith was, you're time was not a nuisance to him. Being a first time home buyer i was not sure how many things worked throughout the real estate process, however Kelly was there to awnser any question I may of and did have. I personally felt very overwelmed by going to open houses not knowing if i would be able to look at and or see everything i was going to need to see. However this was not a problem! When I had found the property I was wanting to put an offer in on, Kelly had no problem going back to the property with me a second time just so I could be sure, I was able to see everything i was wanting too. Great Experience!
