Trust was really important to us. Our family was new to the area. We needed to feel we could completely trust our agent and the broker/agency and that they would work for us and do everything possible to work out any issues and get us into the perfect home for our family. Kelly Wherry's local knowledge is key to the overall dynamics of this home sale process. This was a contingent sale which made it even more challenging as well. What could go right did go right with the entire process. I see no flaw of improvement that could have been made in Kelly Wherry's interaction practices. All common practices, which are hard to find these days, were executed by her. These include always returning a call in a more than timely manner. We were always immediately notified of all critical updates. Always cheery, positive and patient and I asked MANY questions. Simply put, Kelly's fill-in was a duplicate of Kelly. Her name was Felisha McCurry. This is probably the biggest financial transaction most people would partake in and I as well as most others need someone they can trust. Trust in competency and personally is number one in addition to all of my other comments. Kelly Wherry fit the profile exceptionally.
