Buyer reviewKen was phenomenal. We saw a house we wanted online before having an agent and four days before going out of the country. Ken took us on and got things moving, arranged a private viewing, put together our offer, and we signed the acceptance before getting on the plane. Ken was patient and helpful, willing to do Zooms across time zones and taking care of inspection for us. He just could not have been more helpful or better to work with!

Seller reviewThis was a larger sale for us as it was more of a portfolio of 9 properties in one collective area. The buyer was not local so there was a lot of coordination for showings, home inspections, completing home inspection items, etc. Ken stayed on top of it all and kept consistent open channels of communication. His efforts were the largest part of the process in many ways and the sale could not have happen without him.
