Ken Thomson of CENTURY 21 Circle

I have known Ken for nearly 15 years now. We used Ken to sell 2 homes and buy 2 homes over the past 15 years. Most recently, I called Ken to help find a rental for my parents who needed to move closer to me. I was not getting many replies from agents representing the owner of the rental properties. My understanding is that commissions are not that much for rentals, so some agents do not want to dedicate much time for rentals. I almost had to to 'settle' putting my parents in a 1 bedroom apartment. I called Ken, and he was more than willing to help. Within a week, he was able to confirm showings for 3 town homes which previously I was getting no reply from the 'listing' agents. One town home, which I thought would be perfect for my parents, Ken informed me of some background information that I or any other renter would not have known and could have possibly led to issues if my parents moved in. We ended up going with a ranch style town home as this was better suited for my parents. Ken's service did not end there. I just asked Ken causally if owner is willing to reduce rent. I really thought Ken would say 'No' as this would entail more work and possibly kill the deal. He was happy to make request, and owner agreed with no objections. Bottom line is that no matter if Ken will make thousands, hundreds or no commission at all, he will give you the same customer service. He always is available for any calls/texts and he will represent you in the most professional manner always.

Ken did an excellent job in helping us find our home. He dealt with unexpected homes that we found and did a great job of getting us in there. He also brought us to homes that we weren't interested in, but it really put into perspective what we were looking for, this was really helpful in helping us find what we wanted. He also was extremely responsive to all of the questions I had. He also showed his experience by informing us of the importance of the loan firm and suggested we use someone else which made the process that much easier. Ken made this purchase extremely smooth and I would highly recommend him!

Ken Thomson was very trustful and knowledgeable. That's a big plus when you looking for home or selling a home. I never had any worries with Ken. He's not just trying to make a sale. He honest and we need more Ken Thomson in the field today.
