Seller reviewKen knew I had concern over the city inspection of the sidewalks. The city came and inspected and due to the grass growing over onto the sidewalks they did not pass. Ken arranged to have the grass removed (during a cold spell in Feb.) and called the city back to inspect again and they passed!!! It was a huge relief and very much appreciate Ken doing this for me!
