Ken provided an invaluable service in our search for a home in Geneva area; his professionalism and expertise were second to none and we highly recommend him for anyone in need of finding a perfect home. We were in a tough situation; short of time and searching remotely from Minnesota. Ken was our eyes and ears on the ground. Ken made sure the complex and time consuming process house buying proceed as smoothly as possible in as a timely manner as possible (we did managed to hit our original closing date, again much thanks to Ken for pushing the bank and appraiser).
