I AM KEN HEFFLEFINGER, A DREAM CATCHER . I help new friends catch their dream of buying and selling wonderful pieces of real estate. I am a California native and a real estate professional with 16 years of real estate experience, customer service and a commitment to hard work. Prior to real estate, I was a corporate accountant/auditor (General Electric, General Dynamics, Tandem Computers); investment analyst on Wall Street, and a retired 20-year school teacher.
My real estate clients appreciate my flexibility, low-pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what my clients want, negotiation and analytic skills, and my ability to accurately price and market real estate properties.

Seller reviewI can't say enough good things about Ken from handling the sales from the beginning to the end. He was there for every inspection. Everything that went into the sale of the house. Ken took care of everything for me. I did not have to worry about anything. He made sure everything went smooth called me checked on me made sure I was OK with everything And he dealt with getting the house clean after I left making sure everything was taken care of. he did everything he was an excellent realtor and took care of all the details that I did not have to worry about anything other than to sign my name. I will recommend him to anyone living in the Lakeport area as I have moved from California to Missouri And I can't say enough good and how I appreciate everything he did for me thank you Ken. I appreciate everything all the things you took care of everything.
