Karrie made sure I was informed of all critical information. She made sure my first home buyer exerince was positive and clear. If I sell or buy ever again in the area I will have Karrie be my agent. She is a vary hard worker and an asset to your team. Because of HUD difficulties closing was extend but Karrie was on top of it and made sure I did not lose the house. Without her, I'm not sure I would have been able to complete this purchase. A true professional
