We are first time home buyers moving from a different state, and Kerry was diligent about making sure that our touring schedules were efficient and well planned out ahead of time. She is an excellent communicator, extremely patient, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had all of the information to make informed offers. She is always one step ahead and guided us through all of the contracting and closing procedures - it was such a complex and intimidating process for first timers and we felt completely at ease with Kerry at the helm. We started our home search in April and had a tight timeline to close and move into our new home in June - and she made it happen!
