Mr. Kevin Anderson displayed very good patients in regards to a situation that occurred holding up the closing on the property and he really made me proud and set my mind at ease in which additional communication was required. I salute him and thank God we still have individual's in the world that goes above and beyond the call of duty with a client.

Kevin is the Communications King. He answered my numerous and sometimes very long, rambling emails thoroughly and very quickly: as early as 6AM and as late as midnight. I consistently felt like a priority for Kevin, and I don't understand how he was able to communicate with me so often for months and still maintain other clients whom he probably made feel just as much a priority to him as we felt. We are not big time clients with lots of money to spend---we bought an under $90,000 home---but Kevin was still devoted and constantly available to us. I had lots of questions throughout this process as a first-time home buyer and Kevin kept me informed about the process every step of the way, and even acted as counselor and pep-talk giver a few times. I highly recommend Kevin Anderson.

I contacted Kevin Anderson a few years ago when we considered buying in Saugatuck, MI. We made a trip into town and Kevin showed us houses we had chosen - we even put an offer in on a house then, but timing was not right. Kevin stuck by us for another year and I communicated with him using the internet search program he set up for us and mainly by email (we live in NJ) as our focus changed to Grand Rapids. I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy in the western Michigan area. I have bought homes in the past and my experience with brokers is that they do not really do much. Kevin is the opposite of this. I have never had a broker who was so knowledgeable of the market, of home construction, and who went the extra mile. If he didn't know something, he found out. While we looked online for a year before we flew in to GR for 2 weeks to actually look & buy. Kevin had everything ready to make it possible for us to find a wonderful home, go into contract, and have the inspection before we had to fly back to NJ. He stayed on top of all the inspection and closing issues while we were gone and made it all happen. Could not have done it without him. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Kevin clearly explained all aspects of the process so that nothing was a surprise. Very detailed. (latest example - he mailed me the keys and they were 'smart keys' that I was not familiar with. He told me he had just watched the video on how they work and I should watch it and it was pretty simple.) We were always in communication about all the details and loose ends. He reminded me about utilities and lawn mowing, etc. He looked at the houses we saw with the same level of detail I did and pointed out the good and bad. He went head to head with the seller as the seller could not justify his asking price and Kevin dug and dug until we were satisfied that the price we offered was reasonable. I am very satisfied. Down to earth. Good sense of humor. Century 21 is lucky to have him. Kevin handled everything for us. The Grand Rapids market is so hot that houses went into contract in 48 hours. Kevin got us into houses on day 1. Without him we would not have known about the house we eventually bought.

Kevin was great. He went above and beyond having to deal with the sellers. We needed a repair done before closing and he found us a contractor and worked with the sellers to get it done. It was trying. I would recommend Kevin to anyone.

Kevin was great when it came to narrowing our search down. He always had a really flexible schedule and was very easy to keep in contact with throughout the entire home being process. I would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking for a home.

He was absolutely amazing. He helped me through every issue with the lender and the seller. I will definitely refer him to anyone buying or selling a home.
