Buyer reviewKevin Daly was our realtor/broker for both the selling of our previous home and the purchase of our current home. He came highly recommended by my family members and he went above and beyond in accommodating mine and my husband's unique and often times difficult lifestyles and circumstances during the entire process (we were both on opposites sides of the world during the sale and purchase processes, which was often quite difficult on proper communications). Before purchasing, Kevin showed us homes that were only in our price range and area(s) we wanted to buy in, and during appointment showings he always pointed out both the pros and cons to a home we were viewing --very trustworthy and honest, I'd say! We already purchased our "forever home" with Kevin's help and very hard work, but we would definitely use his services again for investment property if we decide to in the future! He's always on our recommendations list for anybody in the market we know looking to buy a new home and/or sell.

Purchasing our property from out of state, he walked us through absolutely everything, answered about a million questions all hours of the day and evening, took pictures and measurements when requested, found needed local resources and services for us and even accepted deliveries on our behalf. He kept us informed of the progress nearly every day and ensured we did everything necessary to close the property on time. Over the course of this negotiation and purchase, he has become a trusted friend. He was always personable, professional, patient and happy to assist anyway he could; his extensive experience and knowledge, positive attitude and sense of humor was very appreciated during tense negotiations. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone; we couldn't be more satisfied and wouldn't consider using anyone else for any future real estate needs.
