Buyer reviewAfter coming off a bad experience with our previous broker, my wife and I were feeling a little anxious about the house buying process in Norther Virginia. We came from an area where you literally got twice the house, for half the cost, and our we thought our outlook seemed pretty grim. After visiting some dear friends in Leesburg, we were given the name, Kevin LaRue, and decided to follow up. Our relocation company told us that Kevin was unavailable due to being on honeymoon and once again our hopes were dashed. To our surprise, Kevin called us FROM his honeymoon, and immediately began asking questions about what we were looking for in a new home. It meant a lot for him to call us on his own time, ask us what WE wanted, and also take the time to go through the various options associated with our unique relocation situation. Touring houses with Kevin was night and day different than our previous experiences. Kevin was patient, knew the lay of the land very well, and had substantial knowledge about each type of place and area that we toured. His experience always helped us think through our decision making process, and ultimately his input helped us decided on our eventual dream home in Leesburg, VA. I cannot recommend Kevin LaRue enough; if your goal is to find your dream home, Kevin will make it happen!

Buyer reviewKevin LeRue is a top agent in the Country (not state) for a reason. As an executive in a large Property Management Firm; the Agents I come across tend to be lazy. Most only act or go the extra mile when there is commission involved. Kevin is the exact opposite! He cares about the client and understands that along the way, you may have to see quite a few homes before one really appeals to you - he treats every showing with the mindset that this may be the one. His responsiveness and professionalism are unmatched. This is Kevin's full time job and he takes it seriously; it doesn't take long for his clients to recognize that. In addition, I would also like to thank David Massey. Another great sign of a good agent is being able to transition duties flawlessly. Kevin made me aware in advance that he would be going on his honeymoon during the latter part of the transaction and closing on the home. This was also done during the height of the Christmas and new year holidays - while this could be chaotic for all parties involved, Kevin coordinated his colleague, David Massey, to assist on the final touches. David filled in flawlessly and was a great agent in his own right - thank you, David! In closing, I can't write all I need to to express just how important it is to have a good agent and how Kevin LaRue checks all of those boxes. Take my word for it and do yourself a favor if you're in need of a real estate expert, don't hesitate to call Kevin LaRue!

Buyer reviewWe felt like Kevin was an advocate for us. We did not feel like we were a burden to Kevin with our questions or negotiating tactics. Kevin was very responsive to us, in fact I don't believe there were any texts or emails sent where Kevin didn't respond to us within the hour. In a home buying process when you are looking for immediate gratification, constant communication is key. Kevin made it clear to us at the end of our settlement process, that the relationship does not stop there. We learned many things throughout the process, and Kevin made each step less stressful by recommending trusted partners for the a majority of our needs. We are excited to refer Kevin to our friends and family moving forward!
