Buyer reviewI met Kevin LaRue about six years ago at BNI and my husband and I used him for the purchase of our first home in NOVA after relocating from Richmond. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional so it was a "no brainer" to use him again for our next purchase. We consider him not only our agent, but a friend as well. We are picky buyers and Kevin was up to the challenge. Even when I was finding our search hopeless, he always assured me that we would "find it!" The purchase of this home was a tumultuous one but he was with us every step of the way, fighting for us to ensure that we got everything we deserved with this home. I can't relay enough how much The Grier's LOVE Kevin LaRue! Such a professional and so organized. Even with the untimely passing of his father, he never skipped a step. I hope to not have to make another home purchase any time soon, but if we did, Kevin has absolutely earned our business yet again. In the meantime, I will praise him to anyone who will listen and will continue to enjoy watching his success in the NOVA real estate market! I never had to work with anyone else in the Century 21 office. Kevin was our "go to" for everything and I honestly don't know how he manages to be "everything to everyone", but he does it flawlessly!

Seller reviewThis was our second time working with Kevin, he previously sold our last home in one day, with multiple offers and over asking! Kevin is a consummate professional, always accessible, prompt, cordial, and very knowledgeable. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth for us. The marketing, photo shoot, signage, etc. was impeccable, he gave clear direction and feedback on all steps along the way, never missing a beat - all while having multiple buyers/sellers he was working with simultaneously. He has a great network of trusted contractors that he passed on to us for addressing improvements to our home, prior to selling. We would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and will definitely use him again in the future.

Seller reviewThis is the second time we have used Kevin to sell. We had five offers over the weekend and the house was on contract by Tuesday for $20K over asking price. Kevin did a great job in his dealings with the buyer's agent and kept us informed throughout the process.

Seller reviewKevin was an amazing agent for the sale of my home recently. We met a month or two before I had planned on selling so that we could put a plan together for getting the house ready. He directed me to resources to help me get things done to ready the home. The listing price was right, and the timing was perfect. Due to his networking and other marketing skills, the home was sold before it even hit the market....for full asking price and no conditions of sale!!!! Everything was smooth and very low pressure. Kevin took the stress out of selling a home for me.
